Changing demographics

This video on Muslim demographics is interesting and eye opening. If true, it definitely puts a different spin on the modern western culture of marrying late in life and having only 1 or 2 children. If you consider that conflicts between the world’s major religions have been at the center of so much violence and conflict in the last 2000 years, will the final battle be won by the one with the highest fertility rate?

China is also facing changing Demographics, but for a different reason. The government has attempted to limit the population with their One Child Policy and most families would rather have boys than girls. There are 120 boys being born for every girl. The result is an imbalance to the degree that tens of millions of males will be without a female partner. These males are called “bare branches”.
