A nearly 600lb man being held in the Harris County jail for selling counterfeit CDs admitted to having a gun and two clips of ammo hidden in his rolls of fat. Despite being searched 3 times at the city jail before being transferred to the county facility, the gun and ammo was discovered during a shower break at the final stop before he was taken to his cell. George Vera has now been charged with possession of a firearm in a correction facility which carries a penalty of 2 to 10 years in prison.
